School Hours

School hours are 8:50am - 3:10pm*.

This amounts to 31 hours and 40 minutes per week. Each day includes a 15-minute morning playtime and 45-minute lunch break.

^{*These hours were introduced following a consultation with parents which demonstrated a desire to retain shorter school hours due to external commitments, whilst retaining the school's commitment to maximising learning time for all children. Learning time amounts to 26 hours and 40 minutes per week, in line with or higher than the average learning time offered at the majority of schools across Pendle.}

Children in Reception finish at 3:00pm.
